The art collection Power Share 22 (We can create a Sane and beautiful world) is inspired by all the courageous, loving and empathetic people who stand up for who they are, for who others are and for who we can all be together.  

 

Power Share 22 (PS22) visualizes social responsibility using these powers to create a socially just world.  Artist Vicki Milewski ignites architect Louis Sullivan's work with "Powers we all share," that in his words, “reveal that all have the destiny to create, courageously, wisely and worthily, a fit abiding place:  a sane and beautiful world.”

PowerShare22 Project is an exciting expansion of PowerShare22.  Based around the artworks visualizing the powers we all share and the music For Orchestra and Chorus being composed by Vicki Milewski called hunting with Louis Sullivan there are now Dancing NFTs and visioning for a people-powered lighting experience which could lead to new ways to look at the power all of us have and could use.

Hunting with Louis Sullivan Music

Right now, Hunting with Louis Sullivan is a piano piece, a poem and a still being completed score for orchestra solo trumpet and choir.  I dream of having good music composition software and better still my piano nearby.  The orchestra will be more jazz based than classical music based with Louis being a lone trumpet.  The structure is the classical sonata form while the trumpet provides the concerto meaning that while the orchestra will be playing modern classical music the trumpet will be almost improvising on Louis' melody.  Click here to hear and read more.

PowerShare22 Dancing NFTs

Right now, PowerShare22's Dancing NFTs are found in two collection focusing on 2 of the 22 powers we all share.  The NFTs have been built to be community oriented so that to view the complete animated short film the different owners of each NFT can share, lend or hold a watch party.  Each power will have such a collection of at least 4 different sections of a complete animated short.  Each NFT can stand alone and be enjoyed on its own but it's usually funnier when at least one other person is around.

PowerShare22 Aesthetic Light Experience

Right now, PowerShare22's Aesthetic Light Experience (AEL pronounced AL) is in the visioning stages.  The artwork the Power of Love, Impromptu has been chosen as the design for the mold, wiring schematics have been researched and attempted and different new technologies are being explored.  But I know when I am dreaming over my head and I am seeking help from different quarters, hoping it arrives and I am able to collaborate with people who actually know about electrical wiring.  I think mystery about this device is best for now...

PowerShare22 Room Energy Detector

Right now, PowerShare22's Room Energy Detector (RED) is also in the visioning stages.  Both AEL and RED are steps toward a greater vision which is securing energy needs for everyone.  A small part of this work is remind people they have the power and it is our time to exert some energy.  Fossil fuel consumption, nuclear waste conundrums and the inertia of renewables like solar and wind power make my ideas on power not only timely but needed.
